Annie

With five years of coaching experience and five years involved in representative netball, Anne has had the opportunity to work with and learn from a wide range of players, coaches and playing styles.

Those experiences have helped her develop a strong understanding of player strengths, positions, combinations and the importance of giving players opportunities to grow at a level that supports both their confidence and development.

In 2026, Anne also stepped into a representative team selector role, adding another dimension to her experience and further developing her understanding of player selection, team balance and recognising individual strengths.

Anne understands that every player develops differently and that finding the right environment is an important part of helping them succeed. She believes in recognising each player's individual strengths, helping them build on their abilities and providing opportunities to develop, improve and achieve their personal best.

At Emeralds, Anne brings that experience to our coaching and team placement process, helping us create balanced teams where players can feel confident, challenge themselves, enjoy their netball and be proud of what they achieve on court.

Her knowledge and thoughtful approach are particularly valuable as our club continues to grow. With a focus on both individual development and team success, Anne helps us look beyond where players are today and consider the opportunities that will help them progress in the seasons ahead.

Anne has become an important part of the Emeralds journey, bringing valuable insight, encouragement and a genuine belief in every player's potential. We're so thankful for the time and energy she puts into our club and the positive difference she makes in helping our players and teams grow. 💚
