At Emeralds, we believe strong coaches and confident umpires play an important role in creating a positive netball experience for everyone. By supporting learning and development both on and off the court, we’re helping build knowledge, confidence and opportunities that strengthen our club as a whole.

We’re committed to creating an environment where our coaches and umpires feel supported to learn, develop their skills and take the next step at their own pace. Whether someone is just starting out or looking to continue their development, we want to provide encouragement, guidance and access to opportunities that help them grow.

By investing in our coaches and umpires, we’re not only supporting individuals — we’re helping create better experiences for our players and building a stronger future for Emeralds.
