Making Memories
Some of the best memories are made away from the netball court. From social events and shared celebrations to the little moments in between, these experiences bring our Emeralds community closer together. They're opportunities to build friendships, share a laugh and create memories that last well beyond the season. It's these moments that make being part of Emeralds so special.
MASTERS 2025
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Every great story starts somewhere, and for Emeralds, it began at the 2025 Masters Games.
What started as a group of friends coming together to play netball soon sparked an idea for something bigger. It was here that the Emeralds name was born, our very first dress was created, and the early conversations about starting our own club began.
At the time, we didn't know just how far that little idea would go, but looking back, Masters was the beginning of something pretty special.
FIRE5
TURNING AN IDEA INTO REALITY
What started as an idea at the Masters Games began to take shape when our Emeralds girlies came together again for the 2025 Fire5 Tournament.
Between the netball, laughter and plenty of conversations, the idea of starting our own club became something we were genuinely ready to make happen. It was during this tournament that we made the decision to turn our vision into reality and began taking those first important steps towards establishing Emeralds Netball Club.
Looking back, Fire5 was more than just another weekend of netball — it was the moment we decided to give our little idea a real chance and see just how far we could take it.
Boots, Beats & Emeralds
Our Boot & Scoot night brought the Emeralds community together for an evening of line dancing, laughter and plenty of fun. What started as an idea from our very own Shannon turned into a fantastic night, with Kim and Tanikka stepping up as our dance instructors and guiding everyone through the moves. From learning new steps to sharing plenty of laughs on the dance floor, it was a wonderful opportunity for our players, families and friends to come together away from the courts. A night full of great memories and another reminder that Emeralds is about so much more than netball.
Celebrating Our
First Season
Our very first Presentation Night was a special way to bring our inaugural season to a close. Surrounded by our players, families, friends and supporters, we came together to celebrate the achievements, friendships and memories that made 2026 so memorable.
From recognising our award winners to sharing plenty of laughs and special moments, it was a wonderful celebration of everything we achieved together. More than just an awards night, it was an opportunity to recognise the people who helped make our first season so special and celebrate the friendships and connections formed along the way.
